Explanation of individual items on the bill

In upper right corner, phone number of Center for contact with the buyers, 19100. Call to this number is free. By calling the number 19100 user directly gets one on the Center's clerks who may give him all information regarding his bill, or connect him with local supply.

Basic data about the buyer

Space for various messages for the buyers. Every month the message will be different. Here, this message will appear in the case that the buyer had his meter replaced in the previous month.

This space contains following data:

• Data on the total amount of the current account for the preceding month expressed in euro, of which folded actual amount of discount, and then calculate VAT.
• The value of the previous debt
• The value of the signed protocol (if it is signed, if not, these items are not available)
• Value due obligations protocol
• TOTAL PAYMENT: This entry contains a summary amount consisting of the accounts for the previous month, previous debt, if any, and accrued liabilities ifis same protocol was signed.

Buyer keeps the information on payment after paying. It holds all the data about the buyer, and the amount which is paid.
