In February 2022 the consumption of electricity in households was 121.396.613 kWh (kilowatt per hour), which is around 14% less compared to the consumption in January, while compared to February 2021, the consumption is higher by 2.6%.
An average electricity bill for February for the Montenegrin households (if unread metering points in non-permanently inhabited buildings are excluded) amounts 34.60 Euros. Households in Mojkovac register the lowest average consumption in the amount of 18.76 Euros, while the highest average consumption during the previous month was registered in Tivat where the households consumed an average amount of 43.72 Euros of electricity.
As many as 62 % of households will receive a bill in the amount of up to 30 Euros, 15.6 % of customers from 30 to 50 Euros, 16.7 % of customers from 50 to 100 Euros, while 5.7 % of customers spent over 100 Euros of electricity.
50.7% of the households in Montenegro, i.e. 189.507 customers, will receive February bills discounted on the basis of being regular payers.
