AWARDS TO EPCG BEST EMPLOYEES

On the occasion of 111 anniversary of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, recognition for the best employee of our company was deservedly awarded to the colleagues: Slavko Laketić from TPP Pljevlja, Milorad Kilibarda from  HPP Perućica, Miško Vujović from the Company's Head Office, Tadija Bajović from HPP Piva and Vladeta Kankaraš from FU Supply.

The award given on the occasion of August 19 – the Company's Day and consisted of the prize money amounting to 700 euros and the appropriate Plaque, was awarded by Mr. Nikola Rovčanin, CEO, expressing his honour and pleasure for being in the company of those who spent a number of decades in EPCG, considerably contributing to reaching the Company's objectives and reputation by their own efforts and results.

'I'm honoured to be in the company of somebody who dedicated decades to our company. I have been here only for several months, but I felt the need, together with the Executive Staff members, to make the Decision on determining special awards and recognitions in EPCG, according to which we will choose and reward the best Company's employees each year on the occasion of the Company's Day. According to the assessment of your executive managers, and based on the criteria defined by the Decision, but also those typical for each functional or operational unit, the five of you, among 980 employees of our company, have met all the conditions to be pronounced the best EPCG employees. I don't doubt that your managers have made the best decision and that you really represent our best employees for this year, as witnessed also by your colleagues in the working environments where you have been employed for years', Mr. Rovčanin said.  

Article 6 of the Decision of CEO on determining special awards and recognitions in EPCG stipulates that ’awards and recognitions represent the sort of contribution to the Company’s reputation and that they are being awarded to employees depending on: particular engagement, quality and results in reaching the objectives of FU/OU; work knowledge and attitude; relations with colleagues and superiors; reliability and initiative in work performance; time spent on certain position, i.e. 25 years of service in the Company; taking part in savings and rationalization and other criteria as assessed by the executive manager of FU/OU’.
