Elektroprivreda Crne Gore initiated the campaign which will enable customers to read the meter values by themselves and to submit the data on consumed electricity to local Supply Unit. In this manner, customers can regularly, on monthly basis receive bills for consumed electricity, thereby avoiding summary invoicing of monthly consumption, if their consumption was not registered for some reason, such as remoteness of the facility from urban areas, in the case the meter is placed inside the facility or the metering point is inaccessible for representatives of local distribution units due to some other reason.
The process of individual submission of data on consumed electricity is rather simple. It is necessary for a customer to fill in the form which can be taken over at the counter desk of the local Supply Unit, or it will be delivered to them to the address of the facility they own.
It can also be downloaded here.
Filled in form is to be submitted at the counter desk of the local Supply Unit in the town in which the facility owned by the customer is situated.
Customers can get all additional information through the free-of-charge phone number 19100 every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, as well as at the counter desk of the local Supply Unit.
