Consumption of households 11 % higher

Households consumed 112.243.838 kW/h in August, in the total value of 11.492.827 €, which is 11% higher compared with consumption in July, i.e. it is at the same level as actual consumption in August 2012.

Average bill for electricity consumed by households in August (excluding non-read metering points in buildings that are not permanently resided) amounts to 41.39€ with tax on tariff meter calculated, which is 10.5% compared with the previous month. Households in Mojkovac have the lowest average consumption of 25€, while the highest average consumption in the previous month was read in Ulcinj where households consumed electricity in the average value of 67€.

Bill exceeding the amount of 150€ will be delivered to 1.67% of customers, while consumption in the value of 100 - 150€ was read at 2.42% of customers. Bills for August reduced by the amount of discount for regular payers will be delivered to 136.246 households.

Bills for consumed electricity are reduced by the amount of tax on tariff meter for additional 693 customers (who submitted valid documents by July 20th inclusive). Number of households which have so far exercised the right to be exempted from payment of tax is 21.144.

Also, through the campaign „Share the burden“, 25.000 of customers become entitled to sign the protocol on debt settlement in fixed monthly instalments of 20€; therefore, we invite all those customers to visit local units of Supply for the purpose of signing the protocol.
