CONSUMPTION AT THE LEVEL OF THE ONE IN MAY

In June, households consumed 84.940.272 kWh (kilowatt-hours) which is 1.5 % more than in May and 1% less compared to consumption reached in June 2014. 

Average bill for electricity consumed by households in June (excluding non-read metering points in the buildings, which are not permanently resided) amounts to €29.7. Households in Pljevlja Municipality record the lowest average consumption of €23 while Ulcinj Municipality record the highest consumption during last month where average electricity bill in Ulcinj amounts to €38 and in Podgorica €32.3.

Bill exceeding the amount of €150 will be delivered to 0.56% of customers (1,985 from the category of households), while bills worth from €100 to €150 have been registered at 1% of customers (3,516 from the household category).

Bills for June reduced by the amount of discount for regular payers will be delivered to 148,354 customers in Montenegro, which is 4974 more compared to number of customers with calculated discount on May bills.

Elektroprivreda Crne Gore has launched the '5 for 5' campaign thus enabling customers from the category of other consumption (all business entities – private and public companies and institutions) to settle their electricity debt in the next five years, in 60 instalments. Condition that customers need to fulfil in order to sign protocol on debt settlement under privileged conditions is to settle the last five bills. The campaign will last by the end of July.
