Households consumed 84.088.769 kW/h in September, in the total value of 9.015.426 €, which is 25% lower compared with consumption in August, i.e. it is at the same level as actual consumption in September 2012.
Average bill for electricity consumed by households in September (excluding non-read metering points in buildings that are not permanently resided) is also lower by a quarter compared with the one in August and it amounts to 33.46€ with tax on tariff meter calculated. Households in Mojkovac have the lowest average consumption of 24€, while the highest average consumption in the previous month was read in Ulcinj where households consumed electricity in the average value of 41€.
Bill exceeding the amount of 150€ will be delivered to 0.67% of customers, while consumption in the value of 100 - 150€ was read at 1.15% of customers. Bills for September reduced by the amount of discount for regular payers will be delivered to 133.465 households.
Bills for consumed electricity are reduced by the amount of tax on tariff meter for additional 836 customers (who submitted valid documents by September 20th inclusive). Number of households which have so far exercised the right to be exempted from payment of tax is 21.980.
The campaign SHARE THE BURDEN is being continued. All the households whose bill for June is settled by July 31st, bill for July by August 31st and bill for August by September 30th are entitled to sign the privileged protocol in October. During signing of the protocol, it is necessary to promptly pay the first instalment of 20 euros at the counter of the local unit of Supply. Bill for electricity consumed in September must be paid by October 31st in order for the protocol to be valid. Due to huge interest of the households which, out of certain reason, haven’t so far fulfilled conditions for joining the campaign, EPCG enabled all the households to join the campaign in October under the condition that three bills are cumulatively settled in October (for June, July and August) regardless of the date on which payment is effected.
Having in mind just how the regular payers are important for stable and reliable functioning of the energy system of Montenegro, EPCG decided to award the members of the GOLDEN TEAM in cooperation with VOLI supermarkets, by distributing vouchers for a single purchase in VOLI supermarkets with 4% discount along with September electricity bill.
