HPP 'Perućica' will start the regular annual overhaul on July 30, 2018, and the total stoppage of operation will last until August 31, as agreed by representatives of the National Dispatching Centre (NDC), Energy Management Directorate of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore and HPP 'Perućica'.
Discharge of the intake system will start on July 29. According to this year's overhaul plan, the intake system is planned to be filled on August 28, and all the three pipelines are planned to be filled during next three days, so that HPP Perućica is ready on the last day of August to reconnect to the electrical network.
Taking into consideration safety of our citizens, we warn the public of possible dangers, primarily residents of settlements surrounding the hydro-energy system of 'Perućica', and we kindly ask them not to perform any activities during the discharge and filling of intake systems of HPP 'Perućica'.
In addition to the regular and usual overhauling works on the equipment and facilities as well as on the intake system of HPP Perućica, this year's overhaul will include performance of works on the transmission system. The schedule will be operationally defined by entities responsible on behalf of the NDC and HPP 'Perućica'.
