On duty during the forthcoming holidays

During the upcoming New Year's and Christmas holidays (until January 12th) in all municipalities there will be organized on-duty teams.

In the upcoming period on-duty teams will be organized in Service for maintenance TS 35/10 kV and in Service for protection. Also, teams in Service for maintaining lines 35 kV will be active troughout country necessary for stable functioning of electro energetic system.

In upcoming holidays there will be no planned exclusions of electricity, and in case of emergency additional teams will be active. Eventual failure on distributive grid can be reported on following phone numbers.

On Wednesday December 31st, all collection points (counters) of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore will be open until 12 am except for the collection counter in the shopping mall 'Delta' that will be open until 18.00. All the collection counters of EPCG will work in regular working hours on January 5th and 9th while information collection counter in 'Delta' will work every day in line with the working hours of this shopping mall. Call center on number 19100 will not work during holidays.       

We remind that all the customers that settle their liabilities by December 31st have the unique opportunity to become members of the GOLDEN TEAM and to get 10% discount on their electricity bills in future.  In addition, all the customers whose debt amounts to €0 (zero) on December 31st have the right to be automatically included in the database out of which winners of the second round of the prize contest “GOLDEN MEMBER GETS THE APARTMENT“ will be drawn on January 20th.
