EPCG ESTABLISHED A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "EPCG-SOLAR-GRADNJA"

EPCG has started the implementation of Solari 3000+ project for households and 500+ for individuals and legal entities, which includes the installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs of individual households up to 10 kW, or 500 photovoltaic systems on legal entities buildings from 10 kW to 30 kW. After announcing a public Tender for financing a project worth € 30.000.000 and a public tender for procurement and delivery of equipment and materials for individuals and legal entities worth € 19.900.000, Elektroprivreda Crne Gore established a limited liability company "EPCG-SOLAR-GRADNJA".

The first regular session of EPCG-SOLAR-GRADNJA was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the newly established company - Ivan Kilibarda, members of the Board of Directors - Janko Milatović and Blažo Đurković and the Chief Executive Director of the newly established company - Ranko Vuksanović.

At the session, the proposal of the Chief Executive Director on the adoption of the Act of internal organization and systematization of workplaces was adopted. The Chief Executive Director informed the Board of Directors about the need to advertise a certain number of positions, for the implementation of which the Board of Directors has agreed.

The first regular session was also attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of EPCG, Milutin Đukanović, who performs the function of the President of the Assembly of the founders of the said company.
