EPCG is opening info/collection stand in “Delta City”

EPCG has today opened new, info-collection stand in “Delta City”. Newly opened stand is a part of the new concept which is being developed in EPCG and which refers on improving relations with customers.

All consumers can pay their electricity bills on this stand, as well as on other EPCG stands, without provision. Appreciating the will of consumers who have residential objects in other cities in Montenegro to pay their electricity bills for all their objects in one place, EPCG enabled them this option also in Delta City. That means that consumers from any city in Montenegro can pay their bill without provision on this new stand.

Besides paying bills in Delta, via cash or credit cards, buyers will be able to get all necessary information on electricity supply, their bill, new campaigns, to file a reclamation, to turn on new services such as e-bill or SMS info, to sign a contract on supply, to get rid of paying tax on tariff meter, to receive information on membership in Golden Team, discounts, subventions, etc…

“We hope that the newly opened stand will contribute to the commodity of our customers by, in the time of dynamic life tempo, allowing them another option for settling their obligations in a simple way, but to also get informed about relevant things regarding their relation with EPCG - new services and campaigns, discounts, state of debt, etc… We heard our customer’s wishes to be able to pay their bills in “Delta”, said Vladimir Bojicic, director of FU Supply.
