Natalija Milić, in front of Trebjesa brewery, said it is her great pleasure that the company represented by her supports Lake Fest for the fifth year in a row, and that this event has increased and surpassed boundaries of Nikšić and Montenegro. At the same time, it has announced continuation of campaigns Rock and Recycle and Kad pijem ne vozim (If I drink I don’t drive).

Milorad Jovanović, the vice-president of Nikšić municipality, described Lake Fest as one of the biggest cultural events in Montenegro, and pointed out that this event promotes Nikšić not only as a cultural but also a tourist place. Furthermore, Filip Burzan from the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro emphasized that festivals play an important role in tourism development of Montenegro and they aspire to give Montenegro the position of an important festival destination.

"We are proud of what we have done for the past four years; we have created the brand identifiable throughout ex-Yugoslavia. Given the budget we have at our disposal, I think we do more than it is possible. We cannot be compared with festivals which have the budget far larger than ours, so that it is much easier for them to host any foreign music band. We want to greet every Montenegrin festival but I hope that within years to come we will obtain significant funds. We or the town in the central part of Montenegro which did not promise to give birth to any such festival", said Peđa Zečević, the director of Lake Fest.
