Also, there is an ongoing campaign “Share the burden” which has been reinitiated by Elektroprivreda Crne Gore in order to facilitate settling of liabilities to households which have a debt for consumed electricity. In order to sign the protocol on settling of debt in fixed monthly instalments of 20 euros, it is necessary for the households to have paid the previous three bills (for February, March and April). Joining the campaign “Share the burden” also guarantees exemption from compulsive methods of collection as long as the protocol is complied with (suspension of electricity supply, calculation of default interest rates, and payment of costs in opened court proceedings).

Customers that have already joined the campaign ought to settle their liabilities by the end of the current month in order for the protocol to remain in force.

Furthermore, as a public supplier and in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Economy, starting from May 2014, EPCG is required to indicate the item on electricity bills referring to stimulation of prices of electricity from renewable energy sources and highly efficient cogeneration.
