The new Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Nikšić appointed

The X extraordinary session of EPCG AD Nikšić Shareholders’ Meeting took place today at Sindčel Business Centre in Nikšić. In accordance with the agenda and the Company’s Statute, the Shareholders’ Meeting released from duty old members and appointed new members of the Company’s Board of Directors.

The new members of the Board of Directors appointed at today’s session are: Mr Srđan Kovačević, Mr Miodrag Čanović, Mr Miodrag Radonjić, Mr Nikola Martinović, Mr Mauro Miglio, Ms Emilia Rio and Mr Luca Angelo Allievi.

Furthermore, the constitutive Board of Directors’ session was held after the Shareholders’ Meeting when Mr Srđan Kovačević was appointed the Board Chairman.
