NEW LOCATION OF THE REGIONAL AND LOCAL SUPPLY UNIT IN NIKŠI

In order to provide quality services to its customers, Elektroprivreda Crne Gore has opened the new regional centre for the areas of Nikšić, Žabljak and Pljevlja where the local Nikšić Supply Unit is now located.

From Monday, November 12, customers will be able to obtain all the services in the new premises located at the address Bulevar 13. jul (the square near the Post Office). The present front desk of the local Supply Unit located at the address Ljube Nenadovića will be closed from Monday.

Customers can pay their electricity bills free of charge in the local Supply Unit, they can sign the debt settlement agreement, file the complaint, change the name of the customer (owner of the collection point), they can obtain all the information about services provided by EPCG - electronic receipt of bills, receipt of notification about the bill amount via SMS, etc.

Nataša Terić, the manager of the Nikšić regional centre, said: 'Relocation to the new premises means improvement of our relations with customers. The present premises are small to meet all our requirements and customers' needs. Our objective is to offer our customers the fastest and simplest way in which to settle all their requirements related to electricity supply.'

Elektroprivreda has 32.967 customers in the municipality of Nikšić, of which 29.990 households and 2.977 customers from the category Other Consumption (companies, public institutions, institutions, etc.).

We would like to remind that the new front desk has been recently opened in Podgorica in the shopping centre Mall of Montenegro, while the front desk in Delta shopping centre has been renovated. EPCG obtains front desks in all the Montenegrin municipalities.
