November consumption at last year’s level

In November, households consumed 96.714.123 kWh (kilowatt hours), which is by 11% more than in October, i.e. at the level of consumption in November of 2014.

The average electricity bill for households Montenegro-wide (excluding non-read metering points in the buildings, which are not permanently resided) amounted to €32.92. Households in Žabljak recorded the lowest consumption of €20, and the highest consumption during the previous month was recorded in Podgorica and Kotor where households averagely consumed cca €40.

The bill exceeding the amount of €150 shall be delivered to 0.72% customers (2,487 households), and consumption of €100 - €150 was read with 1.82% of customers (6,338 households).

The discounted October bill for regular payers shall be received by as many as 44% of Montenegrin households, i.e. 153,980 customers.

Elektroprivreda is about to launch a prize contest “Let the Good Energy Drive You”. A lucrative prize fund has been envisaged for customers, while all the members of the Golden Team and all the customers with no electricity debt as at December 31, will be entitled to take part in the contest (no registration required). All the households with zero debt as at December 31 will automatically become members of the Golden Team which means that 10% discount will be applied to their monthly bills.
