Newly built substation 35/10 kV Rozino in Budva was functionally tested and started trial work, while workers from ED Budva will continue in the following days to check 10 kV system and gradually connect each cables.
.
Investment is from crucial significance for Budva, worth more than 2 million euros. Modern machinery satisfies the highest technical standards, in line with urban and ecologic requests.
Connecting newly built substation onto distributive grid, during the peak of the tourist season relaxed distributers from ED Budva who during last year invested great efforts in order to avoid breakdown of electro distributive system.
By building this object additional installed power of 2x12,5 MVA is provided, which solves the problem of lack of electricity supply in the city core. Substations Lazi and Dubovica are disburdened, as well as 10 kV grid, and conditions are made for connecting several new objects in that part of Budva onto distributive grid. Reliability and quality of supply of all consumers from Budva is now greatly increased.
