Step III

After completed functional testing, the customer shall submit the Request for signing the Contract on connection.

 

 

 

 

 

The following documents shall be submitted with the request:

  • exploitation permit, i.e. consent or approval for installation of the temporary facilities, i.e. appropriate act of the competent body on the basis of which it is concluded that consent, i.e. approval is not necessary,

  • expert finding (certificate) for family residential buildings and temporary facilities;

  • confirmation of the authorized contractor that installations on the facility are constructed in compliance with the adequate technical regulations and standards for family residential buildings and temporary facilities;

  • evidence of settled property legal relations regarding construction of the connection;

  • evidence of paid costs of connection;

  • geodetic survey of the route of connection cable if CEDIS does not perform works on construction of the connection.

The next step shall be signing of the Contract on connection.
