Control the implementation of business policy, control and management of cash flows in accordance with the laws of the Company, consolidation of financial statements of the operating unit, the analysis of the achieved results and financial statements for all organizational units and regular reporting to the Executive Director, Investor Relations, relationships with banks and risk management are just some of the main financial affairs directorate. Chief Finance Authority consists of: - Risk Management and Insurance Services; - Directorate of Accounting and Taxex; - Directorate for Finance and Payments; - Directorate for Procurement and Logistics; - Directorate of ICT.
